Brunello is one of the supporters of the Biella Master of Noble Fibres

Brunello has recently become a supporter of the Biella Master of Noble Fibres, showing considerable interest in the training activities carried out.

Students of the master’s course, after participating in a theoretical lesson, were invited to Brunello for three days of internship during which they had the opportunity to come into contact with a completely different reality from the one they were used to. The visit to the weaving and finishing department of synthetic fibres was a rewarding experience of discovery and learning. Jacquard weaving in particular is the strength of Brunello, which creates and produces millions of metres every year with incredible patterns, designs, colours and textures. The students were able to learn all the secrets of the ancient art of jacquard weaving and the wide array of fabrics that can be made  with these looms. There are potentially no limits, and for this reason they were also given the opportunity to create their own fabric. A rich and engaging experience that adds yet another important element to education and that will become part of future editions of the master’s course.
